The service
Gaslamp provides cloud-based restaurant menu record keeping, editing, design, and publishing tools. You are responsible for verifying menu content, prices, dietary information, and published outputs before use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the restaurant and menu content you submit. You give Gaslamp permission to process that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
Accounts and payment
You are responsible for your account activity and payment information. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Current pricing and cancellation terms are shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use Gaslamp unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Gaslamp is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
