What these restaurant menu templates are
Every template here is a real menu set in one of Gaslamp’s eight designs and printed by the same engine that prints every Gaslamp menu. The newer ones start from a sample menu written for that kind of document: a Thanksgiving dinner priced per guest, a wine list by style, a specials board with a note that says when each slot ends. None of them is a real restaurant, and the dishes and prices are examples.
They are grouped four ways. By room is for the place you run. By cuisine follows a kitchen’s own order of service. By menu type is for a single document, like the dessert card or the catering price list. By occasion is for the nights that get their own printed menu. Each page shows both menu pages at full size, explains what belongs on that menu and how its prices work, and links to the PDF.
