Brunch menu template
Eggs, the griddle, a few lunch plates, sides, brunch cocktails, and coffee. This is a sample weekend brunch menu set in Gaslamp’s Casual Café design: warm paper tones, big section names, and the price under each dish.

The real menu, first two pages
The sample runs Eggs, From the Griddle, Lunch Side of Brunch, Sides, Brunch Drinks, and Coffee and Juice. Casual Café gives each dish room, so a full brunch menu runs to four menu pages plus the cover.

What belongs on a brunch menu
Brunch is two meals and a bar on one menu. Most guests order from the eggs and the griddle; a few want lunch; the whole table wants a drink before they decide.
Eggs
Benedicts, a plain two-eggs plate, a scramble, and one baked dish. What comes with them goes in the note under the heading, once.
- Classic benedict17
- Two eggs any style14
From the griddle
Pancakes, French toast, and a savory one like chicken and waffles.
- Buttermilk pancakes13
- Chicken and waffles18
The lunch side
A burger, a salad, a breakfast burrito, for the guest who slept in and wants lunch.
- Brunch burger18
Sides
Bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit. Short lines, priced low, ordered by the table.
- Thick-cut bacon6
Brunch drinks
Mimosa, Bloody Mary, a carafe for the table, and coffee and juice after. The carafe is a line of its own with the serving size.

Example lines and prices show format only. They are not pricing advice.
How Casual Café sets it
Casual Café sets the section name large in a serif, a short gold rule under it, and each dish with its price in amber directly under the name. It reads like a café card, which is how brunch should feel, and the price under the name keeps long dish names from crowding it.
The design is generous, so a full brunch runs longer than one page. If you want brunch on a single sheet, trim to four sections and move drinks to their own menu. Guests do not mind flipping a brunch menu; they mind a crowded one.
The QR code prints on the cover page. On a patio, put a tent on every table; the second round of mimosas is ordered from the phone, not the paper.
Prices on a brunch menu
Brunch plates price in a tight band, and add-ons are where the arithmetic happens. A common add-on (an egg on the avocado toast) goes in the description with its price, and a bigger one is its own line in Sides.
Bottomless drink offers are regulated differently by state and city. Check your local rules before you print one; this template sells a carafe instead.
Weekend brunch and weekday breakfast are often two menus. Gaslamp does not switch menus by time of day, so keep each as its own menu with its own code and set the right tents out.
Set it up in Gaslamp
- 1
Start from this brunch menu
Pick Casual Café and start from this sample. Every section, line, and price is already in place, so you type your own over it instead of building a blank page.
- 2
Type your dishes over it
Replace each name, description, and price in the editor. Delete the lines you do not serve and add the ones you do. The layout reflows as you type.
- 3
Put the sides once
Type what comes with the eggs in the note under Eggs instead of every description. It saves a line on every dish.
- 4
Publish, then print
Publish the live menu behind one QR code that never changes, print the table tents once, and print the PDF whenever the paper copy needs to catch up.

Out of hollandaise base
The second batch broke. Mark both benedicts sold out on your phone and save; the patio stops ordering them before the kitchen has to send anyone out to explain.
9:30 a.m.
Juice price change
Oranges went up this week. Change the fresh juice and the mimosa together before open, save, and every table’s QR menu agrees with the register.
Brunch menus, straight answers
- Is this brunch menu template free?
- Yes. The Casual Café PDF on this page is free to download and print, with no signup. It is a sample, so it carries sample dishes and prices. To put your own menu into the design, start the 14-day free trial, no card needed. The trial includes one published live menu with QR codes. PDF downloads and additional menus start when you pick a plan.
- What sections should a brunch menu have?
- Eggs, the griddle, a few lunch plates, sides, and drinks cover most brunch menus. The sample shows that order, with coffee and juice at the end.
- Can brunch switch to lunch automatically?
- No. Gaslamp does not switch menus by time of day. Keep brunch and lunch as separate menus with their own codes, or one all-day menu with both sections.
- Should a brunch menu list bottomless mimosas?
- Only if your state and city allow it; rules on unlimited drink offers vary. The sample prices a carafe instead.
- How do I take a dish off when the kitchen runs out?
- Mark it sold out in the editor and save. About thirty seconds later the menu behind your QR code shows it struck through with “Sold out”. Use the show/hide switch instead if you want it off the phone menu entirely.
- How much does it cost?
- Start with a 30-day free trial, no credit card needed. Then it is $19 a month, or $190 a year (2 months free). No setup fee. Cancel anytime. The trial includes one published live menu with QR codes. PDF downloads and additional menus start when you pick a plan.
